Natacha Nsabimana received her Ph.D. in socio-cultural anthropology from Columbia University and her MA and BA in Anthropology and Aboriginal Studies from the University of Toronto. Her dissertation examined the afterlives of political violence in post-genocide Rwanda. Nsabimana’s areas of interests include postcolonial criticism, law and subjectivity, musical movements, and the cultural and political worlds of African peoples on the continent and the diaspora.
